AN EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH COACH RANDALL

COACH, FATHER, MENTOR

Antjuan Randal. Chowan University.

Some men lead with their voice. Others with action. Coach Randall does both, with heart, humor, and unmatched hustle. A proud graduate of Chowan University, he was a standout football player who later took his talents to the semi-pro league with the FL Jags. But today, his greatest wins happen off the field.

Coach Randall is a devoted husband, hands-on father, and the kind of coach every kid wishes they had growing up. Whether he’s running track drills, coaching youth football, or teaching physical education, he leads with love, patience, and power. With a degree in sports medicine and a black belt in martial arts, he brings both brains and discipline to every part of his work.

He’s also a proud Alpha man, deeply rooted in service, leadership, and mentorship. He’s helped raise his nephew, lives for family-first values, and still makes time for the little joys—like an ice-cold Dr. Pepper and a box of Lemonheads after game day.

We sat down with Coach Randall to talk about life, legacy, family, and the lessons that keep him grounded in faith, focused on the next play, and fueled by purpose.
